Hey y'all!  Now that I'm back to walking, I thought I'd jump on the bandwagon and start the thread today.

Yesterday I had to ride the bus in to work.  I made the huge mistake of riding in the back, where all the jostling is so much worse.  I had to clutch at my pork to keep it from hurting!  Yowch!   I walked to my car last night and quite enjoyed it.  And the bumpy bus yesterday made it an easy choice to walk in this morning.

Goals:  
::  2 x 20 minute walks (one down, one to go)
::  10,000 steps on my pedometer (or as close as I can get!)

What are you doing to move today?

Hi ya Denise,

Glad to hear you are out and about again. 

I went to water aerobics at the YMCA.  It was an hour long and very GREAT.  It was much harder than I would have imagined it to be.  My hubby kept saying that was not a good enough challenge, but boy was he wrong.  I was sweating and huffin and puffin by the time we were threw.  Will definitely be doing that alot more.

The water aerobics sounds like such fun!!!  I was contemplating today whether or not I should rejoin Dayani so I could walk laps in the pool.  You just made me want to even more.

Sounds like you got a great workout in today--keep up the great work!!!

I cannot wait until school is out so I can do the water aerobics at the Y!!!   See ya Friday night at 5:30 for Zumba??

I have not done any "official" exercise, but I have been all over school today dealing with TCAP testing and then behavior breakdowns..    I'll do the Y tomorrow..  for now, me and my period water gain are going to snuggle up on the heating pad...

 I need a teleportation device so I can be beamed to the Y and do water aerobics with you gals this summer!!!

Went to the Gym this AM.  Walked 2.25 miles at increased speed (Nearly Killed ME!)   Did light weight workout for arms and machines for various body parts.  Was home by 8:30 AM and felt great the rest of the day!

 Isn't that great how it makes you feel better for the rest of the day?!?  Whoda thunkit??

I'm sure the next thing you know, the increased speed of today will be the slow walk of tomorrow!  Great job!!!
